In 2019, the company underwent a rebranding and emerged as Vagmine Management and Consultant Services, with Mayank Sati and Keerti Sati assuming partnership roles. Mayank Sati, a Certified Private Insurance Investigator accredited by both the Insurance Institute of India, Mumbai, and the International Fraud Training Group (USA), played a pivotal role in this transition. His educational background includes a B.Sc. in Physics, Mathematics, and Chemistry, as well as an MBA in Finance from Lucknow University.
